How does it work?

To be registered by local authorities, companies performing on the Finnish market must provide an address.
Furthermore, to be registered as a Finnish company your head office must be in Finland. Situating your head office with BusinessAddress enables you to meet these requirements and also offers you a Finnish postal address and a secure location to store official documents (statutes, ledger, accounting records,...). As an established accounting office, we can offer the support and  storage capacity to meet your needs.

How to start?

Once the contract is signed, the Business Center address is used as your offical business address  i.e. on your website, flyers, business cards, correspondence with the authorities, etc.

How do I collect my mail?

Different options are available:
1) You can collect your mail in person during office hours (M-F: 10:00 - 16:00)
- Present your ID card when picking up items. The items will be returned to the senders if not picked up during 14 days
- With a proxy, you can authorize some other person to pick up your items
2) We can redirect your mail (involves reasonnable additional costs)
3) Only upon the receipt of your written authorization, we open mails and send you scanned copies
